WRMA - Return Material Authorization procedure
A RETURN OF MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) must be obtained from our customer service department and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA # at which time the RMA# expires. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, will require a deduction. This deduction is final.
If you have merchandise that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, we will do our best to help you through our technical support department or make arrangements to repair the product. In many cases, the support department can diagnose and resolve concerns over the phone. For more information, please contact us at email@example.com to allow us to assist you.
To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
The first 15 days after you subscribe toFrancophoneTV are free and you may cancel at any time. After 15 days, your account will begin being charged monthly to the plan you've chosen.
Should you wish to cancel before the end of your trial period, just fill in the RMA form here and once we receive your return, provided that it is in good working condition, we will refund your purchase, shipping fees excluded.
Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement.
In order to receive a replacement, you must first ship your defective device prior to the shipping any replacements.
Once the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our warehouse, we will ship a replacement.
Please note that for ANY RETURN products must be in original box with original accessories, packaging, manuals, and clean.
Product that is returned incomplete or damaged, will require a deduction. This deduction is final. Subsequent return of missing items will not reverse the deduction.
Product returned with serial number and MAC Address missing or tampered with will NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK FOR RETURN.
Refunds will be issued as follows: (1) E-Check purchases by e-check (2) Credit card purchases by credit issued to the credit card used in the original purchase transaction (3) Debit card purchases by credit issued to the debit card used in the original purchase transaction. Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
